WHY NOT BOOK A JEWELLERY MAKING WORKSHOP FOR A SCHOOL INSPIRE EVENT, COMMUNITY ORGANISATION OR SOCIAL GROUP?
I qualified as a tutor in 2009 and deliver jewellery making workshops at Schools, community groups and social organisations. I regularly teach at secondary and primary schools including Handsworth Grammar sixth form, Boldmere junior school and Kingsland Primary School and for organisations such as the Yemeni Community Centre, Mencap, Spice adventure group, RSVP and Cancer support centres throughout the West Midlands.
Through my lesson planning and teaching style I support and empower learners to gain new skills, improve dexterity and confidently create pieces of jewellery. I have a flexible approach and I’m always looking to enhance the lesson and improve the quality of the learning experience. My learner’s achievements and their newfound self-belief is why I am passionate about my role as a tutor.
The cost is based on the number of learners and the materials needed for the workshop. Jewellery making sessions are usually for 2 hours, however this is dependant on your requirements. The workshop can be arranged at a venue of your choice or at the work space at T H Findings, Hylton Street, Birmingham.
